Glad to have received a fast service. Made appointment on line and was honored after I was upset with service advisor . Was referred to Steve, who knew exactly why I went to see him he right away advised me the car is being worked on now. So bottom line is be a bit nice(Scott), don’t make the customer upset. All my service reps have been very respectful and listen to my concerns. Today's service on Aug 29th had good end result in what they did but pricing was questionable. I was authorized a 15% discount, but w to my concerns. Today's service on Aug 29th had good end result in what they did but pricing was questionable. I was authorized a 15% discount, but website email for amount of repair stated 20%. Originally 10% was authorized due to military service. The end price with 15% off and was the same amount as my 10% off quote! When I questioned to the service rep what was the $54.55 misc charges were, the answer was taxes, and use of service equipment misc. I already had a $11.25 tax entry on the bill. What??? Other than what I determined was an overcharge, I was satisfied with work done. More
