The purchase of our 2025 Civic on 3/1/25 was great. ..smooth sailing and satisfied...your Internet sales Manager promised my wife with my daughter present a sun shade for the front window...the followin ..smooth sailing and satisfied...your Internet sales Manager promised my wife with my daughter present a sun shade for the front window...the following is the reason for the 2 star rating...followed up a few days later, my wife was told shade coming by UPS...again a few days later calls were not returned...received an email from Alfred asking about questions we may have with the vehicle on 3/26/25...emailed back 3/29/25 that we were disappointed that no sunshade yet...no response back...this is not satisfactory customer service...promises not met...
