I will give 5 star because of the outstanding service we have got from Morgan, our service advisor. I have the biggest stress of my life right now when I traded in my 2020 Honda Civic to a used 2020 Hon have got from Morgan, our service advisor. I have the biggest stress of my life right now when I traded in my 2020 Honda Civic to a used 2020 Honda Odyssey when not even 24 hours the AC was blowing hot air, rear vents are not working, plus there is a helicopter sound in the driver’s seat. I texted all these concerns to the sales agent, Joaquin, and was told that the car has passed inspection and nothing wrong with it. I brought it back to the dealership twice in one day for the same concern but I am just very thankful to MORGAN, our service advisor, who not only took care of our car issues efficiently but went above and beyond her ability to assist us with a loaner vehicle with a sense of urgency. Only go to this dealership if you're prepared to sell yourself the car, and it's not available anywhere else. Dealership has worse financing options than available personally. I bought a very nice BMW from them because it was a unique variant, but they didn't do anything to help close the deal, had 4 people calling/texting me at the same time to sell me on it, only gave me one key for the car, and delivered it with 1/3 tank of gas. I will not be back to this dealership ever, and I recommend anyone else avoids it unless absolutely necessary. More
