Lee Griffin, Sales at AutoNation Honda Chandler, went above and beyond. For anyone looking for a Honda, you won't have to worry about a pushy salesman with Lee. First, he asked what I may be interested in and answered my many questions easily. We did a test drive so I would know how the CRV drove and handled. When I decided I was interested for sure and told him the exterior and interior colors I wanted, he worked very hard to get me the car I wanted through a trade. He can answer your questions easily and is ready to help. He clearly wants you to understand the car. After I purchased the car, he spent time explaining the inside and out of the CRV. I kept saying, "I can't believe it's this easy." And that's what it was. Easy, no stress. Also, in Finance, Kyle Gustafson did a good job as well. Sometimes we don't want all the protections Finance must offer. Sure, we never know what will happen with our car. But money is money and sometimes you are doing all you can do to finance the car. Kyle did the job well without me feeling I was being pushed into options. Also I must mention the other employees I came upon. The woman at the front desk was full of smiles and helpful. Everyone I encountered seemed ready to assist. I felt welcome:) Great job AutoNation Honda in Chandler! More
This was my first service with auto nation and Scott is the person took care do the car in this process . I would say it’s great experience through out the time and he guided me on what needs to be done wi the person took care do the car in this process . He is very genuine and friendly to work with . The shuttle service and car service are very organized and smooth and by 3:30 I got my car back with all my needs addressed. That’s a great kudos to the service team!! More

Autonation Honda Chandler is our trusted dealership and servicing our vehicles. Kyle has been our go to service advisor but for some reason his name no longer is showing in the available service advisor in servicing our vehicles. Kyle has been our go to service advisor but for some reason his name no longer is showing in the available service advisor in the web. Kyle is straightforward about the needs of our vehicle and is very considerate. Updated: 09/26 I have the biggest stress of my life right now when I traded in my 2020 Honda Civic to a used 2020 Honda Odyssey when not even 24 hours the AC was blowing hot air, rear vents are not working, plus the helicopter sound in the driver’s seat. I texted all these concerns to the sales agent, Joaquin and was told that the car has passed inspection and nothing wrong with it. I brought it back to the dealership twice in one day for the same concern but I am just very thankful to MORGAN, our service advisor, who not only took care of our car issue effectively but went above and beyond her ability to assist us with a loaner vehicle with a sense of urgency. Thank you, Morgan! By the way, Morgan is a she. 😁 09/27 We finally traded our odyssey to a brand new vehicle.
