Brought my 2008 Fusion in for 2 recall problems. This was about a month ago. The car was there all day and when I picked it up, no work had been done. The service manager, Gary Douthitt told me that they did about a month ago. The car was there all day and when I picked it up, no work had been done. He told me that the parts should be in, in a couple days and he would give me a call and they would repair both problems. I have not heard back from anyone More
