Nice folks, however dinged me $3500 on trade in due to minor damage. Test drove vehicle, agreed to trade. Front and rear under numbers had obvious streaks running down paint. While doing paperwork car w minor damage. Test drove vehicle, agreed to trade. Front and rear under numbers had obvious streaks running down paint. While doing paperwork car was being detailed. Running behind schedule we took vehicle when salesperson returned from filling fuel. After returning home (1 1/2 hour later), we realized after detailing, imperfections were permanent. Sent email to dealer, no response. Spent $36K for vehicle, now I guess I’ll spend $1500 for paint job…. I’m too trusting of people. James Tolewitzke More
