Came in for a recall & engine diagnostic check. Dropped off car at 8am. The recall was never checked because they were “busy”. Had to leave car overnight. I brought my Fiesta in for an oil and filter change, My service rep, Kristen, asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. I said that would be a good idea since I had about 16000 miles on the odometer. Kristen said it would take about an hour so I went to the local restaurant for breakfast. Upon returning about 2 hours later Kristen advised me that the mechanic noticed a nail in my right front tire and asked if I wanted them to make the repair? I agreed that I should have the repair made now as I was driving to North Carolina on Friday. They made the repair while I waited. I have been buying my automobiles from this dealership for over 25 years and have had all my maintenance done there as well. This time like all others they have performed admirably. I don't know the mechanics name but asked Kristen to thank him for performing his duties to such a high standard. You might want to look into your records and find out who this person is because you definitely want to hang on to anyone who is that conscientious about his work!!! Had he not noticed the nail I could have had some very serious problems on my up coming trip. After over 25 years experience with your dealership I would recommend you to everyone for both sales and service. I waited 3 hours at the dealership to spend $350 for a replacement key fob for my F150! I took them 30 minutes just to check me in for my appointment. After 2 hours I asked them why it was taking so lon replacement key fob for my F150! I took them 30 minutes just to check me in for my appointment. After 2 hours I asked them why it was taking so long to get a replacement key and they told me it was "programming" and that it was lunch time. I pointed out that my appointment was at 11:00, and I had hoped to get the key before mid-afternoon. Terrible customer service. I will never take my truck in for service at this dealership. More
