Selim is my service advisor he is great Not applying the diagnostic fee to the cost of repair is not so great. I understand the need to cover cost, but if I agree to a $2000 repair, the diagnostic fee shou diagnostic fee to the cost of repair is not so great. This is probably one of the few Auto Nations left with integrity. I bought a Ford F150 with a lifetime battery in 2015. Ive maintained my truck with oil changes every 3-4000 miles. Always kept it tune and integrity. I bought a Ford F150 with a lifetime battery in 2015. Ive maintained my truck with oil changes every 3-4000 miles. Always kept it tune and insured good brakes. Never had any trouble with the truck barring a master brake cylinder failing. Well the battery lifetime warranty was a huge benefit for me as I have had to replace it 4 times since buying. Always a free exchange and Auto Nation Ford Brooksville was always there to help until Auto Nation sold them off. That's where my saga began. I was told by a long time service manager there that I will be taken care of by any Auto Nation dealer. Sent to Mercedes of Wesley Chapel. Got appointment no problem. Then day before service the service manager cancelled said we don't have a Ford battery even after them telling me that Ford of St Pete would send it. They sent me to Lexis of Tampa. a week later same thing. A service manager called and cancelled and said to call a Ford dealer. Mind you their dealerships said they verified the battery was available both times. I finally I called St Pete Ford and services was awesome. Indicated they could have gotten the battery to any Auto Nation dealer with simple paperwork. Essentially the other two flat out lied. St Pete Auto Nation Ford service is tops in my book. My truck was in and out within an hour and the lifetime warranty was honored. Thank you Ford of St Pete. I really cannot endorse the Auto Nation family integrity after this experience. As I dealt with these other dealers they told me that the lifetime warranty that I bought would be going away because Auto Nation decided to stop honoring it. I hope this gets some people thinking. You need a real company to stand behind what they sell and Auto Nation in my opinion is losing credibility. Hence my new ford is with a local dealer. More

I want to thank Lincoln and Natalie were the care and consideration of my situation to get my 2020 F250 Ford recall taken care of. As I am in use of a wheelchair in Walker now I don't drive and pick up m consideration of my situation to get my 2020 F250 Ford recall taken care of. As I am in use of a wheelchair in Walker now I don't drive and pick up my wife after getting the truck to the dealership. I requested a loaner car for my wife and both Lincoln and Natalie was very helpful in making that happen. She was very happy with the loaner car that she got which happened to be a Mustang and we don't drive cars very much cause we are a truck family. So to my wife, it was one of the best experiences that she had with a dealership thank you very much for all your help and getting the recall done and updating my maps Doug. More
