7/28/21 took truck for service at 11:00am and was quoted $700 for 30k service. Requested shuttle service for return to pick up truck prior to 5:00pm. Call Autonation times to speak with Tony - left voicema $700 for 30k service. Requested shuttle service for return to pick up truck prior to 5:00pm. Call Autonation times to speak with Tony - left voicemail, operator sent email, spoke with another advisor and phone was disconnected, called service and phone rang numerous time no answer, final call went to voicemail. I never received a call from Tony, he stated he was very busy and was filling in for a person. I made arrangement with a friend to take me to Autonation and when I received invoice, an added charge of $1000 for brake service was included which I did not authorized. The truck has been service at Autonation for several years. I will not be using Autonation Ford in Saint Petersburg to service my vehicle again. More

Came in for a recall & engine diagnostic check. Dropped off car at 8am. The recall was never checked because they were “busy”. Had to leave car overnight.
