Micky was very nice but…the recall issue wasn’t fixed, it took 2 and 1/2 days, still rattling when started cold, nothing on the inspection checklist was marked off as ok or not. I had to call for information twice and drive over once to insure I would have my truck by the end of day three. I’m not confident I was going to be contacted. I have a hard time also thinking an inspection would find no maintenance needed after 80k miles. More

As far as sales and service the dealership is great. However, we purchased out our lease almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the dealership to finish off the paperwork so that the DMV can rel However, we purchased out our lease almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the dealership to finish off the paperwork so that the DMV can release a copy of my title. According to the DMV the lease lien is gone but there is action still pending by the dealership. I am sure it did not take 2 weeks to cash my check - I realize that I am not aware of the actions that must be taken by the dealership - but 2 weeks ?? All I get when I call is that the title clerk has to process everything... like I said 2 weeks? In this age of technology it should not take that long. We planned to sell the vehicle but now have already lost my buyer. No response needed - just clear our paperwork. More
