Bought used, salesperson promised they would fix something when I purchased the vehicle. I brought the car in to Service Dept. and they told me they needed a managers approval, that it should not be something when I purchased the vehicle. I brought the car in to Service Dept. and they told me they needed a managers approval, that it should not be an issue. They were going to get back to me later that day. I called the service advisor a numerous amount of times and he never picked up the phone. I left several messages and he never returned my calls. When I contacted my salesperson who promised they would fix the issue they said they reported it to the service manager and they would be contacting me which they never did. I will never buy from this dealer again. More
