AutoNation Ford in St. Petersburg FL has always provided excellent service. Recently I had a 65,000 mile check up. I thought my brake pads needed replaced because of squeak Petersburg FL has always provided excellent service. Recently I had a 65,000 mile check up. I thought my brake pads needed replaced because of squeaking when backing out of the garage. The rep said the wear was minimal (a little less than 6mm in back and at 4mm in front). Also I asked if balance or rotation of tires was necessary. The rep stated every looked good, just an oil change was necessary. They even sent Lyft for transportation to and from the dealership. Honesty is the best policy in sales! More

Have used dealership to buy car and usual required upkeep. After car would not start and sent to dealership for repair it took 2 1/2 days to find bad battery and replace it.
