Reserved the Big Bend Bronco 2020. Finally came. Apparent rust on a bolt. Will find out if there more under the car worried it was sitting in the snow as shown on news. Hard to remove Finally came. Hard to remove and no place to store the roof parts if wanted to which is why I bought it. Living on beach. Could have been perfect. Now just sad I was so excited. The sales person was nice but doing two sales at one time made me feel unimportant. I am over all unhappy. More

Service was great, my service advisor is awesome, the job done on time and for a reasonable price. I was very very happy and thought AutoNation Ford was my new service provider. Then came the endless e done on time and for a reasonable price. I was very very happy and thought AutoNation Ford was my new service provider. Then came the endless emails every day, sometimes 2 times a day, requesting (DEMANDING) I take a survey. I asked to please stop the emails, so then came a phone call, then text messages...and now another email DEMANDING I take a survey. but continuously harassed to take a survey when I asked to leave me alone as I do NOT want to take a survey. But they continued to harass me... text and emails. Again, I WAS very pleased with the service and every employee deserves a raise. BUT this CONSTANT NEVER ENDING HRASSMENT AND DEMANDING I TAKE A SURVEY has left me no choice but to find another service center. LEAVE ME ALONE. More
