When I took my car there they said it would be ready in either 1 day or next Monday (it was a Thursday so they wouldn’t work on it during the weekend. That extra day I had to pay Uber to go anywhere and when I went to pick up my car on Tuesday they refused to make any kind of discount for a problem that was on their end and that had nothing to do with me. Besides that, they did fix the problem my car had. So there’s that. More

Service manager started out helpful. After having my car 5 days and not being able to diagnose it they gave it back to me in the condition I brought it in for repairs. Upon getting in my car the issue arose to where the service manager and worker along with the mechanic observed the problem. The service manager kindly gave me a loner and they kept the car an additional 7 days and took the loner back and still did not repair the vehicle but, sent me to a Chevy dealer and told me they may be able to help me. I brought the car from Auto nation and the extended warranty. Thankfully the service manager of Auto nation contacted the service manager of Chevy and worked to get me in a vehicle while they troubleshoot and repair my car. More
