My experience with AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg was very good. My sales person, Art La Vigne, went the extra mile to locate an expedition that I was looking for and get it to St. Pete f Petersburg was very good. My sales person, Art La Vigne, went the extra mile to locate an expedition that I was looking for and get it to St. Pete for purchase. Most sales associates would have moved on, but Art really worked hard to get the vehicle and make a deal. Working with Art and his sales managers, I was able to make a mutually beneficial deal where I walked away very satisfied with the price paid and the vehicle obtained. No problems with the service received -- got a bulb lamp replaced without a prior appointment by coming in at start of business the next day to get in the queue. But the NEED to do so is ridiculous, though replaced without a prior appointment by coming in at start of business the next day to get in the queue. But the NEED to do so is ridiculous, though not the dealer's fault! Owners can't put in a simple xxxx brake lamp bulb anymore without going to the dealer to get access to push it in! Cost nearly $100 for dealer-provided bulb + installation -- and the other one will probably burn out soon! More
