Left my truck for service and it had a tailgate recall. Advisor was going to check parts availability for recall to see if it could be done on same day. Never heard from advisor and no one would answer pho Advisor was going to check parts availability for recall to see if it could be done on same day. Never heard from advisor and no one would answer phone at dealership. So drove to dealership to pick up, it was dropped off at 8:45am arrived around 6pm. My truck set at dealership all day and was never touched. When I left service was ordered that night. Next day around 11am truck was finally ready. Recall was not done told to return if I had a problem with tailgate. Advisor said they were short help when I dropped off my truck and he forgot about it. It took a day and half to just service a vehicle. That is the worst customer service ever received from Ford. More

Had some engine work done under my extended warranty. Had the car towed to them and in about 5 days I found out the engine needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the replacement and I had the car back Had the car towed to them and in about 5 days I found out the engine needed to be replaced.
