AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg

I paid good money for this Certified Mercedes and even spent more to have it sent to St. Pete Ford from Del Ray Cadillac. Turns out that the Autonation 90 day warranty offered thru the Ford dealership isn spent more to have it sent to St. Pete Ford from Del Ray Cadillac. Turns out that the Autonation 90 day warranty offered thru the Ford dealership isn't half of what of the Cadillac Dealership... Who knew? Thought the warranty would be standardized across all Autonation Dealer, nope. To top it off, the local Ford dealer was by no means gracious about servicing anything covered by that warranty. There 1st question was, didn't you also buy an extended warranty? Implying, go bother them! Enjoyed working with my salesperson Lexi, but she was the only good thing about dealing with this Dealership! I was paying Cash, but still had to meet with Keith the Finance manager to complete the paperwork. He's a real Parana, watch out for his "fast shuffle"... More

Left my truck for service and it had a tailgate recall. Advisor was going to check parts availability for recall to see if it could be done on same day. Never heard from advisor and no one would answer pho Advisor was going to check parts availability for recall to see if it could be done on same day. Never heard from advisor and no one would answer phone at dealership. So drove to dealership to pick up, it was dropped off at 8:45am arrived around 6pm. My truck set at dealership all day and was never touched. When I left service was ordered that night. Next day around 11am truck was finally ready. Recall was not done told to return if I had a problem with tailgate. Advisor said they were short help when I dropped off my truck and he forgot about it. It took a day and half to just service a vehicle. That is the worst customer service ever received from Ford. More
