The dealership sold me a product that had issues. Most recent, oil leak at 2991 miles. Tech initially cleaned oil and said it was fixed. I took the truck and drove 40 miles only to learn he did not fix the issue. I had to drive back another 40 miles to return my truck to be fixed. I am no mechanic but I had to tell them where to look. I bought a brand new Ford that is unreliable and thus far regret trading in my 7year old DODGE. More

The Service Department at Autonation St. Petersburg has never been my favorite, but my last experience takes the cake. I brought my truck in for a known issue with my model. There is a Customer Service Program (Extended Warranty) for this issue. I told them when I dropped it off what the problem was, and they told me that they would still have to diagnose it. Fifty-three hours later and zero returned phone calls They still hadn't looked at my truck. I'm out $100 for car rental fees. Furman Ford, Clearwater here I come. More
