Todd and Hope came back a couple of times with a lower interest rate. Because of the lower rate we were able to get extended warranty, theft protection, maintenance and GAP. They also stayed late to finalize the paperwork. When the car arrived the next day, the service dept went over it with a fine tooth comb. It looks brand new and runs like a dream.
