Got the work done in time quoted. Clint Ninis was very helpful & friendly. Big change from last visit. Couldn’t get oil change under 5 hour wait. Kendra Kruse was very rude to me. Brought in our SUV for an oil change on 11/19/2021. Came home with a Suv with hand prints with oil on them. On the hood, doors, inside interior. We have beige interior so the black is quite noticeable. W home with a Suv with hand prints with oil on them. On the hood, doors, inside interior. We have beige interior so the black is quite noticeable. Why they needed the back seat, we don't know. Mechanics need to use rags to clean hands before putt hands all over it. We have not had time to bring the vehicle back in because for a cleaning. You need to get the black hands off the interior. We are not happy with the condition of the SUV on it's return to us. Sales staff and front desk are always 100%. BUT Recently took my Truck in to just check a error code on a sensor . 3 hours I sat with no update I checked to find out my car wasn't even looked at yet. Took my 2019 Explorer in to fix glove compartment door that was broken. Told me they needed to order a repair kit and that they would call when it was in. This was over a month ago and still no word.
