I contacted the salesman Greg inquiring about a Mustang I was interested in. Greg got right back to me and set up an appointment for me to see the Mustang. Upon arrival the vehicle was in the front lot and m was interested in. Greg got right back to me and set up an appointment for me to see the Mustang. Upon arrival the vehicle was in the front lot and my wife and I looked at the vehicle before entering the building. Upon entering Greg greeted me and advised we could test drive the Mustang when we are ready. I drove the vehicle and really enjoyed it and my wife liked the Mustang as well. We arrived back at the dealership and I spoke with my wife and decided the Mustang was what I wanted. Greg assisted me through the purchasing process and as we were doing this the Mustang was getting prepared are ready. We have purchased vehicles before and had to wait around before this was done. I met with the finance gentleman to go over the numbers and to add any warranties that are available. The finance guy was great and made me feel at ease and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Once the paperwork was complete the Mustang was out front ready for me to go. I would recommend Autonation Ford Scottsdale to my friends and family due to the ease of the process and Greg helping with that as well.
