Up until my visit yesterday I would have rated you a five star place of business as I loved taking my car into your dealership. Yesterday I had a 1:00 PM appointment for a oil change, service and tire rotat star place of business as I loved taking my car into your dealership. Yesterday I had a 1:00 PM appointment for a oil change, service and tire rotation. This usually takes about one hour. Yesterday I was told it could take four. I was dumb founded. It actually only took about two and half hours but still the service was far from superior or up all my previous visits. Time element, no paper protectors on floor board, no curtsesy car wash, dirty hand prints on the driver door. I got the feeling that things are not good there. I was so disappointed. Kevin Morgan, your service man is always nice and friendly I just feel there is something wrong within the business. If it is staffing and lack of help; maybe take less appointments, do your quality work and keep your customers happy and wanting to come back. Also, it was absolutely freezing in your showroom. You could save money by regulating the temperature.
