After almost FOUR hours of waiting and following through on the buying process and getting the car checked on; they didn't even touch the car and Jose (the technician person whom we talked with) went against his own words and rather being ignorant about it all. On the other hand, meanwhile it says one-price dealership, the finance people were frowning and unhappy when we decided not to purchase their warranty after they tried their best to bargain with us. Well if they have taken care us better and made the process rather quickly and neat, we would probably have bought the warranty. The only GREAT thing we had with them was their salesperson Wyatt Demasseo who went above and beyond taking care of our visit and purchase since the second we went in the showroom!! He helped us through the paperwork process and everything smoothly; as well as checking on the progress with the technicians at the back even though there was NO PROGRESS!! More
