My first service experience was not what I expected. Previously owning a BMW where service was super personalized, the Auto Nation experience fell short. Upon arrival my service advisor was pleasant however did not seem prepared for why I was bring my truck in meaning, I don’t think he reviewed the paper work before my arrival to understand the what needed to be completed. He indicated I was in for a recall when in fact the reason I was in was to take care of some items owed to me from the purchase of the vehicle. I went over what was needed, which he noted. The paper work did indicate a few of the items that needed to be done but did not outlined several items I called in the night before, no fault of my advisor. Not sure why these items were not noted from my discussion the night before. The next day at 5:15 I finally got a call indicating that my truck would not be done today because the touch-up paint needed to be ordered. My service appointment was scheduled over a week before knowing that touch-up paint was needed but I suppose it was never ordered, not sure why. Upon my pick up of the vehicle, my advisor simply had me sign a few times on paper work, did not walk over what was done nor did he offer to walk around the truck with me to make sure all was in order. In fact, I had to remove a protective covering from one of the external parts they replaced. To top it all of, it certainly looks like the wrong paint was used for the touch up which I could not see till later due to the lighting upon pick-up. To say the least it was not the experience, personalized service level, I am accustom too! More

Purchased a 2021 Escape. First finance rate was over 4%. I saw an online add for 1.9%. Emailed salesperson who said she would refer to finance. They went extra mile and refinanced at new, lower rate.
