Took my truck in for service. It was very clean when I dropped it off. Filthy when I picked it up. No one was there at 1pm on a friday to explain to me the details of what had been accomplished. Understanding the state of affairs with employee shortages, the staff on Frank Lloyd Wright very attentive to my needs from the scheduling department making my appointment to the service department. shortages, the staff on Frank Lloyd Wright very attentive to my needs from the scheduling department making my appointment to the service department. I came in for an oil change but our service rep (Kevin) pointed out that the mileage had exceeded the 30K mark. He had recommended having the 30K service which was more extensive than a simple oil change. Kevin gave the obvious reasons of doing the so, we had the complete service done. The techs did the entire job on the same day. Kevin is an easy going guy and made the experience a nice one. I will always use Kevin for our contact. More
