Purchase of MachE GT took more than a year from original order, but due to no fault of Autonation. Ford has popular demand and production supply issues we all know about. I called the service center regarding an issue with the passenger door on my vehicle. He got me all squared away by setting up an appointment with the body shop despite the fact that I'm still dealing with the issue. He didn't have to go out of his way to set up the appointment for me, but he did anyway, which was very courteous of him. I've gotten my car serviced with Autonation Ford in the past, and the service has been exceptional every time. More

Latrajan Foster, our sales associate did a great job, really enjoyed working with him. Unfortunately, the entire new car purchase kept me at the dealership for 5 hours. Also, the initial sales contract was incorrect and was only corrected because I caught the error and insisted that they take care of it. I also had to bring the new car back the next day since the detailers had not properly cleaned it. Including my return visit, I spent over 6 hours at the dealership for my purchase. I understand the paperwork involved in financing a purchase but this was excessive. Happy with the car and our salesman but sorry, not 5 star service overall. More
