My sales guy tells me he will call me the beset day, I get no phone call, come to find out he was not even at work. Got bounced around to four different people. I can’t believe places like this stay in business. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Dave our sales rep was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the cars we asked about, pricing, the market and overall pleasant to work with. Unfortunately our finance person, Blake, was a bit difficult. He pushed and pushed on the “extras” referencing Ford’s 3 year warranty and why we thought that was. We told him no multiple times and took us saying if he didn’t think this car was going to last past the warranty, we didn’t want it. His tune changed at that moment. We felt a bit disrespected by his pushing and felt taken advantage of by saying this was our first car purchase. More
I received a notice from Ford that my tailgate had aa service recall and then it would take about four hours to complete. I made an appointment for 9:30 on a Tuesday. When I arrived there the service adv service recall and then it would take about four hours to complete. I made an appointment for 9:30 on a Tuesday. When I arrived there the service adviser said that they would need the truck for 2 - 3 day as there is difficult wiring that needed to be changed. I left the truck and was sent a text Friday afternoon that my truck was ready. I needed a ride back to the dealership so I called and left a message with appointments. I never heard back from them so I called the service advisor three time that afternoon stating same. I was never called back. Then I thought I should call sales and maybe someone there would answer the phone but decided to call the service adviser again and this time the call was answered and I was able to obtain a ride. Upon reviewing the bill which was $0 for me but $156 for warranty work and the only thing done was to replace the two tailgate latches. WOW! 3 1/2 days to replace two latches and once they have your vehicle and you want to get ahold of someone, GOOD LUCK! Maybe when I called I should have said that I wanted to spend some money on the truck as long as it was there. I bet I would have received a callback for that. Totally disappointed in their service.
