My experience with AutoNation Ford has improved SIGNIFICANTLY over the past two years, I work with a rental car company so I have quite a few Ford products that end up needing service / recalls. ***Update*** A short time after posting the original review, I received a message from the general manager, followed by a call from the service manager. The service that I received was very good and the service manager was very friendly and courteous to work with. ***Original Review*** As for the sale, my salesman was Steven W. and he was great to deal with. Very personable and not pushy. Same went for Gaston, the sales manager, and Johnny in finance. I’ve had an issue come to light after I’ve had the vehicle for about a week. The issue is due to how long the vehicle sat on the lot, which was something not in my control. I was first told that the issue would be fixed, but am now being told that nothing can be done even though I have provided them proof from another shop of the issue and the likely cause. I’m hoping they make it right so I can update this review. More
