I usually hate walking into dealerships because sales are like vultures, but here at this location they made my experience pleasant and didn’t take hours in financing. Manager Thomas and the sales associate Heather were ok, but the finance department threw in a $4000.00 Vehicle protection plan that we didn't notice (my fault) until 2 weeks after the sale because the emai but the finance department threw in a $4000.00 Vehicle protection plan that we didn't notice (my fault) until 2 weeks after the sale because the emailed contract was conveniently sent to the wrong email until we called to complain about not receiving our contract. Now the 3 day time limit was up. My stupidity for trusting the finance department. More
