My overall experience was positive and I was not pressured at all. Pricing was fair and services were explained thoroughly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased my vehicle a 2016 Ford Explorer on January 19, 2024. I requested the weather stripping on the drivers side to be replaced since it was flapping in the wind. I had the dealership pick up my v 19, 2024. I requested the weather stripping on the drivers side to be replaced since it was flapping in the wind. I had the dealership pick up my vehicle which was very convenient and Lorena advised it was not covered. She stated that the weather stripping should only last a year. I tried to tell her that I just purchased the vehicle and per CarFax the windshield was replaced on November 30th 2023.(2 months prior). Lorena stated the piece of weather stripping was not taken off when the windshield was replaced. I You Tubed how to replace a windshield for the vehicle I purchased and that was the first part they removed. I also advised that I put my windshield wipers on when I was driving on the highway and the wiper flew off on the drivers side. I am not sure what company replaced the windshield but whoever worked on the driver side did not complete the work properly and it should have a warranty. Ford replaced the wipers with a different size that was previously on the vehicle. All I wanted was for the weather stripping replaced since it was just replaced. is that too much to ask? More
