Very disappointing experience with Scottsdale Auto Nation and Ford in general. 5 visits so far for same issue. Electronic/computer issues are the worst as everyone wants to "walk away" leaving customer with and Ford in general. 5 visits so far for same issue. Electronic/computer issues are the worst as everyone wants to "walk away" leaving customer with 90k lemon. Even on 5th.visit they kept vehicle for 11 days, said "we replaced a few connectors" and gave be a bird poop covered car back . The only important thing seems to be these reviews, as I got a call, before a car was returned, asking and begging for a 5-Star review....sorry, stars are earned and this one lacked big time More
Absolute horrible experience from beginning to end. Do NOT consider buying or doing service with them. I purchased a new 2022 Ford Transit Connect. The first day had to wait an hour and a half for fin Do NOT consider buying or doing service with them. I purchased a new 2022 Ford Transit Connect. The first day had to wait an hour and a half for finance. At that time there were no one at the dealer. I couldn't wait any longer and I left. Went back the second day and things went smooth in finance. I on my way out they asked me to make sure to give them a good survey from Ford. Keep in mind that I had never purchased a vehicle like that before. I was forced to purchase tinted windows. Even though it wasn't even installed. A week passed and no contact from the dealer. I responded to an automated email sent by the GM Randy Jacobs and I explained the situation and he said he would look into it and would get back with me. He never did. Instead, he had the sales person called me. Then I heard from a sales manager name Gaston. He was very nice and very professional. When I asked him why didn't Randy got back to me he changed the conversation. Gaston offer to refund the tint windows and they would make my first payment for my troubles. There was a trade involved and my equity was around $28,000.00 Three weeks later I came to find out that they sent the equity check to the lender. Now I don't know where to go. I contacted them today and requested to be contacted by their GM ASAP. Mr. Randy Jacobs is clearly NOT interested in addressing the issue and is not getting back to me. AutoNation claims transparency on everything they do and is the complete opposite. Is clear based on my experience that they need to train their people form top to bottom. I am sharing my horrible experience hopping that when someone reads this they think twice before considering doing any type of business with AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. More
Service staff did a great job. I inadvertently scheduled the service on the internet at the wrong location, but the staff here was able to accommodate me anyway.
