Had an issue with the tires not being adequate for the truck. They were installed by the previous owner. I had to replace them as I was going on a trip and the ones on it weren't safe. Invoices are always hard to understand and include small charges for things that aren’t explained. For example when dropping off my vehicle I was told the oil change service would cost 79.62. The actual cha charges for things that aren’t explained. For example when dropping off my vehicle I was told the oil change service would cost 79.62. The actual charge 90. The difference was explained as a charge for disposing of the old oil. Obviously they knew that when I dropped off the vehicle. Just say upfront the charge is 90. More

Service guy was pleasant. Place was clean. When making my appointment I provided my new email address to the receptionist. Once I got off the phone with her my appointment Place was clean. When making my appointment I provided my new email address to the receptionist. Once I got off the phone with her my appointment information was almost immediately sent to my old address which fortunately still forwarded to my new one. My appt. was for 10 AM to get a spare key made and programmed. I was willing to wait since I live 45 minutes from the dealer but was told it could take till near the end of the day so I call my wife to come get me. Then shortly after we get home, I get a call that it's ready. After completing the transaction I had to wait in my car, which they parked in the service lane, as it was blocked in. Not the best experience overall. More
