My experience at dealerships have not been great, but once I stepped foot on Power Ford North Scottsdale's Dealership, that all changed. Ward Bizzell in Sales and Steve Jaichner in Financing were very knowledgeable about the car they were selling, and were of great help to me. They went out of their way to help me and I just wanted to say I really appreciate it. I will be returning in the future- there is no doubt about that. More

Ward Bizzell was absolutely great in facilitating my purchase of a 2011 Mustang. I would buy another car from him at any time. I’ve been to this dealer a number of times and have had various work done. I’ve compared quotes from other Ford dealers in the valley are they are pretty expensive. I would recommend getting a quote fro various work done. I’ve compared quotes from other Ford dealers in the valley are they are pretty expensive. I would recommend getting a quote from other Ford dealers in the valley before having any work done here. I would also be cautious when it comes to them recommending service to your vehicle. The assistant service manager attempted to sell me a brake job when it wasn’t needed. I took my car to another dealer and they didn’t find any problems with the brakes and there was plenty of pad material left. They also attempted to sell me a radiator flush when it had already been flushed recently. More
