This is the second Auto Nation I have interacted with in the past three months. Both were awful. We visited the Ford dealership in Scottsdale and they could not have been more rude and unhelpful. First, t the past three months. Both were awful. We visited the Ford dealership in Scottsdale and they could not have been more rude and unhelpful. First, they indicate they close at 9pm. We we arrived at 8:35 and they were closing the gates. We asked to drive one of their cars and were told that the key machine had already been locked. When I asked to speak with the Manager, I was told no manager was there. I told them we had driven an hour and a half to see this particular vehicle. There was absolutely no attempt to assist in any way. They were more interested in going home than selling a car. NEVER GO THERE OR TO ANY AUTO NATION DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I received the following response: Response from the owner 12 hours ago Hi James, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable, and we would like to address the situation you have described. If you'd like, please contact our General Manager at (480) 658-0388. We'd appreciate the chance to make your experience a positive one. I have already done this. I called on Saturday and he was not in. Left a message to call me. It is now Tuesday and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE GM. Just further proves my original point: NO ONE CARES. If the GM has no interest in customer service, then why would anyone else at the dealership? More
While the service was to be expected, and glad it was taken care of properly, the time it took from scheduling an appointment to receiving my vehicle was long. I think the time expectation should be men taken care of properly, the time it took from scheduling an appointment to receiving my vehicle was long. I think the time expectation should be mentioned when booking an appointment. Also, when I picked up my vehicle it was terribly dirty from recent rains. Regardless of local rain or not it would be nice if I picked up my vehicle washed and ready, which is what most service departments do. More

Awesome service! !! I was so mad because we bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and it had issues just shortly after owning the vehicle for two weeks. Ford Auto Nation did eve !! I was so mad because we bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and it had issues just shortly after owning the vehicle for two weeks. Ford Auto Nation did everything they could to ensure the jeep would be serviced and fix but unfortunately the Jeep took an any further descend into unforeseen issues causing it to break down even further. The General Manager Randy saved the day and was more than phenomenal with responding and getting my family into another vehicle preventing any further frustration or future incidents with the Jeep!! Very impressed with his dealership and service!!! Highly recommend this dealership!!! More
