This was my first service visit for an oil change but they also did other various maintenance checks. It was free due to my service plan but the service was done in less than an hour and the service advi they also did other various maintenance checks. Staff is very friendly. They negotiate with vehicles not on lot and promise delivery they can not keep. When we purchase our 2010 Ford Flex they promise to be delivered in a week. Vehicle was delivered with hundreds of miles on it, missing door guards, and later found out by another ford dealership that the overhead DVD player is an after market product and not a ford product. We have purchase 7 new vehicle (4 have been Ford Make vehicles)from five dealerships, but Power Ford Dealership out of Scottsdale, Arizona has been the ONLY bad experience we have had. We are a Ford family for three generations. Both sides of family are loyal to the FORD vehicles. Right now we own four Ford vehicles. More
