When I went to the web site to see availability of the vehicle I was looking for I saw that your Scottsdale dealership had what I wanted, so I went to see it in person. Because Ward listened to what I had said he found one with exactly what I was looking for, except it wasn't used it was new, yet in my price range, it is perfect. We went into the dealership where he offered me a cold bottle of water, in this heat we need all the hydration we can get, he then went over the pricing and loan information with me. Ward again listened to my needs and found a loan that would work for me. Needless to say, I bought the vehicle. It is the first new truck I've ever owned,I've always bought used vehicles before as the price of new were always out of my price range. I was amazed that you can get a new truck that is affordable. Use Power Ford North Scottsdale at YOUR OWN RISK I went in to get routine break service on my vehicle and when I picked up the car two diagnostic lights were on (abs break and traction control light stayed in to get routine break service on my vehicle and when I picked up the car two diagnostic lights were on (abs break and traction control light stayed on). Of course when I complained about it they claimed the lights were on prior to me dropping off the car. I pushed my complaint up the ladder to Ford in Detroit we'll see what becomes of it. Either way I refuse to go back here and I hope you heed my warning and do the same. More

Everyone was so nice and friendly - no pushy sales pitch and I didn't feel pressure to buy. Granted it has been 10 years since I bought a new vehicle, but I just felt once the deal was "DONE" it wouldn't t and I didn't feel pressure to buy. That was the only reason for my overall experience being rated as good. I was so exhausted I didn't even want to hear the options for buying an extended warranty - would have liked to have been given the info to review at a later date. Bud was wonderful and even followed me home to get the third seat I couldn't pick up myself to put into my trade in. All the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. More
