Scheduled an appointment well in advance and had the car there before my 10:00 appointment. Why the xxxx schedule an appointment if you can't even look at it until the next day, I had previously tried to schedule an oil change there the month before but they were booked out for month. I was going on a trip and wanted the oil changed before I left. I ended up going to Chapman Ford and got the oil changed the next day. It was such a great experience at Chapman, I scheduled an oil change for my 2020 GT500 for the next day. RUN, don't walk to another dealership before you make the same mistake that I did by purchasing a vehicle here. My car has been sitting on a lot for 15 days now and it is paid in full in cash, but I'm stil same mistake that I did by purchasing a vehicle here. My car has been sitting on a lot for 15 days now and it is paid in full in cash, but I'm still getting a run-around from the dealership. When you call the main number and try to speak with sales you are routed to Jimmy's voicemail and even if you leave a message, he doesn't call back. When you call or send emails you are avoided. When people give information or answers that then don't happen there is no accountability and escalating to a manager is an ever worse experience. Two finance team members and two sales team members later, no one will give clear answers and I need to chase them via phone and email daily. No one returns calls. When they do give information it is vague and unclear and when pushed to share dates, names and clear next steps they are vague or push the blame and accountability to someone else in another department. It's funny though because last Wednesday, 9/1/21, I received a call, text and URGENT email from the Finance Team within minutes of each other when they needed me to answer questions. Their responsiveness doesn't seem to work the same way when the customer needs help. The inventory manager, Nick, who supported me through the build and ordering of the car was amazing. He went above and beyond, followed up when he said he would and was professional and easy to work with. It is a shame that the rest of the team that he works with is the worst team I've ever encountered. There are many dealer options in the Valley and I'm disappointed that when I purchased my car online, this was the option suggested. I should have found a way to purchase from Earnhardt Ford and I would have already been driving my new car when it was delivered in August. I hope that this review save others from the same experience. They have my car and my money and I seem to have no recourse. Hoping to get my new car someday..... More

I could not ask for anything better than Autonation Ford Scottsdale, that starts at the GM WARREN , down to my salesman Knapp handling my service appointment and test drive, loaning of personal vehicle! That’s the kind of person that goes the extra mile for there customers! Service took care of my warranty and recalled items perfectly. I even checked with financials on my warranty on my 2019 F350 Lariat and gave me exactly what I wanted. Just a reminder why I’ve bought 2 trucks from them now and drive from Anthem past other Ford dealerships to come here and you can see why. I love these guys! More

When I purchased my F-150 I thought i purchased not only a car but a service as well. Since 2016 the service department of Ford AutoNation went from middle of the road to abysmal. My service experience form last week speaks for itself. My platinum extended warranty was not reflected correctly in their system, i had to call back with the contract number just to learn they had a wrong ph number under my name; i asked since 5 years that my USB ports get fixed (every time they get fixed i learn when i try to use them they still do not work). Other work as specified to the service advisor for example a missing rubber part on my flatbed was simply ignored, a minor crack in the windshield was not fixed either, for my USB ports i have to come back again and schedule a new appointment, i was charged for services preformed but still as of now did not receive an invoice... anyhow - what do they say when you fly with an airline. Thank you for choosing John Doe airline, we know you have choices and we appreciate your business. I feel that my business is not appreciated at AutoNation Ford - and yes I have choices which will not include to ever buy another Ford vehicle in my life (which is a shame since ford build some really good cars) but if I can not get them properly serviced... Good Sales Department overall, but HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PARTS departments!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen and wont buy any more vehicles from this place EVER just for that reason, nor will I PARTS departments!!!!! Service ALWAYS makes up issues and without really explaining factually. Caught in lies several times! Follow up and follow through is abhorrent, take customers for granted; act put-out by customers expecting help, and act like they are high-end salespeople better than others and like their time is more valuable than the customer and cant be bothered! Excellent service recovery from Adam Sterpka. Adam took the time to listen to my concerns about the previous maintenance service. He delivered the vehicle prior to the promised time and reviewed all that was done with their transmission specialist. I am however, VERY disappointed in my purchAse tht was done through their Finance department by Dennis Loper. He told me the Ford Maintenance plan covered all scheduled maintenance and had full synthetic oil---WRONG. He ALSO ADDED ON A WARRANTY POLICY THAT HE DID NOT DISCLOSE which in time was finally credited back to me. More
