I would like to start by saying that I love my Transit Connect minivan. I was notified by Ford that there was a recall on the sliding door latches. Before I was able to get it in, the latch broke. He immediately reached out to me. Without any argument, he quickly resolved the issue, doing so beyond my expectations. He then followed up with me. to ensure that I was comfortable with the resolution. In a time of less than favorable opinion of auto dealers, Mr. Miller showed exemplary ethics, professionalism, and the kind of customer service that is so often lacking in business today. I went in for a recall repair on back up camera on my 2020 F150, Kendra my service advisor, got this done so my truck was in & out very quickly and I am very happy with her help and the shuttle service w 2020 F150, Kendra my service advisor, got this done so my truck was in & out very quickly and I am very happy with her help and the shuttle service which brought me home and picked me back up. I was not happy that there was no loner cars, but understand what has happened since COVID.
