Had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Clinton Nemis the Service agent told me it should be 2 hours. At two hours I went to him and said how much longer. He looked stunned and reached for paperwork and said they just scheduled it with one of their guys. It took three and 1/2 hours to get the truck for its first oil change at Autonation Scottsdale. Would you be happy? More
Was very pleased with the assistance given by David Knapp helping me locate the vehicle I wanted. He's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt I was very clear with finance I did not want an ex helping me locate the vehicle I wanted. He's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt I was very clear with finance I did not want an expensive maintenance contract. The wait for finance was a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours and was a bit tired during closing and did not catch the $3339 charge for a 30,000 mile warranty. I had that removed the next day. Also I had a letter from Alliant Credit Union showing I had a rate at 2.29%. The finance doc showed 2.59 and I was told your finance had to go by what they received from ACU. I called ACU and they said have finance call them. This wasn't done. ACU did correct the rate in house but was just more work for all. I did keep the VCP for $422 and also the Tire Protection but after reading it I would not buy that again. So those items were an issue. Next purchase I'll just go home and have your finance call me when papers are ready. This is I believe my fourth Ford in a row I've purchased from Autonation scottdale. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Not once did I feel pressured about my new truck purchase. Tre was friendly and professional and explained everything every step of the way. Oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours. When I went to leave whoever parked my car put me in such a position that I could not access my vehicle from the drivers side. Service advisor Clinton Ninus is very trustworthy, fair and honestly gives it to you straight regarding what your car needs for service. He keeps you updated on car status and returns calls in a timely ma and honestly gives it to you straight regarding what your car needs for service. He is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with and in my opinion has made the Auto Nation Ford service department experience spectacular.
