Typically, a buyer tends to think a dealership is out for one thing, to capitalize and then dump the customer. This experience was the exact opposite. Nick has already checked in with me, not only to make sure I got home safely, but to see if I had any questions about the truck. My finance rep was Blake Lichty. Not only was he a not pushy, he was understanding that it’s not cheap to get into a new vehicle these days. He offered thoughtful advice on extended warranty based on what I needed. Though he offered added coverages, he was not pushy when I explained the added cost was not in the budget. Cheers to you both! This is how The customer service industry used to be and it’s reassuring to know that there are people still out there willing to go the extra mile to make the experience a memorable one. We went to AutoNation Ford and really liked the low pressure or I should say ..no pressure. We thought we should at least check out other car so went down the street to take a look. The salesman was terrible and when we told him not interested, he followed us back to our car and I had to slam the door in his face. Can't say enough good things about my buying experience, the dealer had the truck I wanted in stock, and the salesman Dave was super patient and understanding with me. He worked out the deal so I got the ac the dealer had the truck I wanted in stock, and the salesman Dave was super patient and understanding with me. In actuality I wasn't 100% ready to buy my new truck the day I went to the dealer, but the salesman Dave made the difference, he was very pleasant to work out a deal with, and wasn't pushy or demeaning in any way, he made all the difference.
