Poor Service; incorrect diagnosis; over priced. In addition, over charging us $1000 for fixing our Ford F-350 starter, they messed up our dashboard light which was working prior to dropping the vehicl addition, over charging us $1000 for fixing our Ford F-350 starter, they messed up our dashboard light which was working prior to dropping the vehicle at the dealership so that they could fix the starter, and now are not taking the responsibility to fix what they broke and want us to pay another $1000 to fix the dashboard light. Took 2017 Edge again due to rats, for the second time in two years. Once again, they did a great job diagnosing the problem and only fixed the wiring without replacing any electrical components. I had alr two years. Once again, they did a great job diagnosing the problem and only fixed the wiring without replacing any electrical components. I had already replaced a wiring harness and the windshield washer hoses, but a problem still remained for the fuel gauge, which required lowering the fuel tank.
