Had a pleasant experience at Auto Nation Ford. I am from Canada and my 2021 Explorer ST was a little past it's next oil change. I had called in on the off chance that I could get the oil changed p I am from Canada and my 2021 Explorer ST was a little past it's next oil change. I had called in on the off chance that I could get the oil changed prior to my drive back to Canada. I dealt with Kenny at the service desk and was told that I could be looked after within a couple of hours and that i was welcome to sit in the waiting area and help myself to free coffee or tea, 45 minutes later Kenny comes to find me and lets me know my vehicle is ready to go. Great service and great service tech. Would be happy to deal with this ford dealer next time I visit PCB. Peter. More

Had an appointment for 9:30 on Saturday 19 March. My vehicle in the service area for 1 hour and 45 minutes.when I asked the service writer why it had not moved. He stated he only had 2 technicians fo My vehicle in the service area for 1 hour and 45 minutes.when I asked the service writer why it had not moved. He stated he only had 2 technicians for oil changes and that even though I had an appointment it was usually on a first cone basis. Which there was at 3 vehicles that had come in after mine that had left the area and was completed. When the service manager got involved my vehicle was completed within 5 minutes. I feel this is a terrible way to do business. And even though I still have an prepaid oil change my vehicle will not be brought back here for it. More
