It took 5 months to get service on a recall for my 2018 F150. I was told I would have to leave it overnight. It took 8 days for the recall work to be performed. They service our personal vehicles and two of my company vans. Safety issues are never ignored. It usually means a phone to explain the issue. Got a simple oil change on my F250 diesel truck. They put my filter on so tight it collapsed in on itself and caused all my oil to leak out. I had to have it towed to Crestview. Vehicle service center has some major problems that need to be worked out. Three months to get an appointment for warranty work and then when it went in they didn't complete the work correctly. I brought it back the same day I picked it up and it has now been there again for 9 days and apparently hasn't even been looked at yet. I had a sense that the customer service rep understood my frustration and had some of his own. More

Did not have a good experience. Initially the staff was very courteous and informed me of the procedure and the wait time. After 2 weeks, I could not get in contact with service per Initially the staff was very courteous and informed me of the procedure and the wait time. After 2 weeks, I could not get in contact with service person to get an update. I left numerous messages with no response. Subsequently, had to go through main operator to get any assistance. I just wanted any update. Finally after 2 attempts with her, I received a call from service person and was told he would call me back by end of day to let me know if car was ready or not. He did not call. I called the following day through main number to reach him again and was told my car was ready. Customer service was terrible with my service manager. More

I had a scheduled appointment and delivered my car, but they did not see it for 2 days. It then took 2 more days to get it fixed. They consider communications with a customer to be responding to the customers queries, not keeping the customer informed. Customer service repeatedly told me that they were waiting for feedback from the technician, but they did not reach out to the technician. The issue is not that service can take a while, but that they do not keep you informed or tell set expectations. I would characterize the customer service as "reacts minimally when repeatedly questioned". Rather than be defensive they should focus on the problems, not excuses. More
