We have been customers of this dealership since 2004. Not since Butch(who retired), have we had a service representative as professional, helpful, and just plain friendly as James Maddox! In April 2022 I received a recall notice for my 2015 Ford Explorer and called Panama City Auto Nation to make an appointment. The earliest was 9 June at 8:15. I got there at 8:00am and told the service depar Explorer and called Panama City Auto Nation to make an appointment. The earliest was 9 June at 8:15. I got there at 8:00am and told the service department that my husband and I only had this one car and that I wanted to make sure they could get the work done in one day as we would have no means of transportation while they had the vehicle. It shouldn’t be a problem, I was told, but they would text me with updates throughout the day. At 4:00 pm I texted my service POC to see if I could come pick up the car and was told that the work was not complete and they would need it the next day as well. I told her (Lori) that I was disappointed that it wasn’t finished and that I would need it by noon the next day. She said she would let the technician know. At 10:00 am the next day I texted Lori to see if I could pick it up at noon and did not get a reply. I tried to call the service department twice and both times did not get through to any of the service reps. At 12:30, very frustrated at this point, I had a friend take me to the dealership, hoping that indeed the work would be done (for, let me remind you, a recall notice appointment that had been in the books for over two months). Suffice to say, when I got to the dealership, I could see my vehicle sitting outside behind the service bays and was hoping that was a good sign. But no, the technician had not even had a chance to look at my vehicle, neither the day before or that day, let alone get it to one of the service bays. I could not leave my vehicle there another day and told the service rep to give me my keys and I was leaving, very upset that I had wasted my time with making an appointment for what I thought was important safety recall work (the rear seatbelts were the issue). I was told that because I live in a tourist area, they couldn’t guarantee that just because you make an appointment, they would be able to get to your vehicle. Apparently, some out of town person had an issue with their vehicle and the service department put their walk-in service ahead of my warranty recall repair service! That is unsatisfactory!! I will NEVER take my vehicle back to Ford Auto Nation in Panama City after that experience. Never once did the service rep reach out to me to let me know that it was going to take longer, or offer me a courtesy vehicle for the inconvenience. After I left with my car, five minutes later I got a phone call from Lori, my service rep, asking me if I had a red seatbelt indicator light on my dash while I was driving and I told her that I did not. She then informed me that all was good with my vehicle and I didn’t need the recall work done after all. WHAT????? I could have avoided this whole episode if they had asked me that question 1. When I made the appointment, 2. When I brought it in for said appointment, or 3. At any time during the day and a half period that they had my vehicle. Shame on that service department for not doing their job. More
Jesse Norton was our service rep. He is definitely a great service representative and our time there went smoothly. It was myself and my four kids and he had us in and out in no time. I had been taking my vehicle to Crestview but after some complications I decided to drive a bit further for my services. I will definitely be back to the pcb location. Thanks again ! More

The service Center here is great. ..I woke up to a flat tire this AM on my 2019 Mustang...no spare in the trunk, just that tire puncture repair kit the cars come with nowadays. It did ..I woke up to a flat tire this AM on my 2019 Mustang...no spare in the trunk, just that tire puncture repair kit the cars come with nowadays. It did work as advertised...sealed the leak and inflated the tire. But that fix is only temporary...you have to get a permanent tire fix as soon as possible (within 120 miles of driving per the repair kit) so I drove to the Service Center. I didn't have a service appointment of coarse, but they took my car right in and promised a permanent tire fix by the afternoon --- then they gave me a courtesy ride home...and a pick-up back to the center when my car was ready so I didn't have to wait in their customer service area for the couple of hours it would take to get to my car. Just fantastic service. More
Absolutely the WORST service department that I have ever dealt with. Took my vehicle into for a brake recall and they didn't flush the fluid as required in the recall. All they wanted to do was sell me brak dealt with. Took my vehicle into for a brake recall and they didn't flush the fluid as required in the recall. All they wanted to do was sell me brakes, which it did need, but did NOT do the recall. The brakes failed again on the way home and I took it immediately back. When they put it on the rack to show me that they flushed the brakes, th bleeders on the calipers had NEVER been opened. THEY NEVER DID THE RECALL!!! The service director, Kirk, is a liar and a jerk. Told me to get out of his shop and said he didn't care if I get in an accident on the way home. I ended up calling Ford and the NTSHA to report them and when I changed the brakes at home, I flushed the fluid myself. I no longer have any problems at this time. BTW, it cost me $40.00 to do the brakes at home when they quoted me almost $1000.00!!!! Never take your vehicle to this service department. I have never dealt with a department that outright lies and has less knowledge than Auto Nation Fird of Panama City More
