Awful! A 300$ easy part replacement and 700$ charge added for ESTIMATED 4 hours of labor. I almost fell over, They had it for 6 days before they even looked A 300$ easy part replacement and 700$ charge added for ESTIMATED 4 hours of labor. I almost fell over, They had it for 6 days before they even looked at it Meanwhile I'm paying for a rental. I couldn't afford to fix it , my rental itself was 900$ since it sat for so long before they looked at it and they still charged 100$ just to run diagnostics. Never told me there would be labor cost for diagnostics? Just Astronomical labor cost! Out 1000.00 dollars and car still not fixed. More

Horrible service department and communication. Made an appointment for 6 weeks out, dropped off vehicle with parts for warranty work inside the vehicle. Also needed a recall fixed. Vehicle was kep Made an appointment for 6 weeks out, dropped off vehicle with parts for warranty work inside the vehicle. Also needed a recall fixed. Vehicle was kept for 2.5 days with limited communication. Several messages left for service advisor. Refused to call and only text. Only response given was they couldn’t do the work because it was raining. Picked up truck without work completed. Worst service from a dealership I have ever received. Waiting on response from GM and corporate now. Hoping for a resolution soon. More
