Upon arrival, we were met immediatly by the service writer and asked to come inside. we were greeted pleasantly. Only waited a few minutes before the service person (John) greeted us and accepted our r writer and asked to come inside. we were greeted pleasantly. Only waited a few minutes before the service person (John) greeted us and accepted our request for a RECALL repair. The whole atmosphere is SERVICE ORIENTED and CUSTOMER FOCUSED. Very organized. More
Anytime I scheduled service I bring my truck in the day of service and am told I’ll have to leave it for at least 5 days because they are too busy and need to work it in. This has happened 3 times. What is the point of making an appointment for a specific day when you’ll be told to drop your vehicle off and leave it for several days. Once I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 2 weeks just to get a diagnosis. I drive a vehicle that’s still under warranty and it seems like Autonation does everything it can to avoid fixing warranty related issues. Also be expecting 4-6 week lead times just to get an appointment for service only to be told you’ll need to drop your vehicle off for several days because they are too busy. Again this has happened to me 3 separate times. More
Satisfied with the service. However, I made an appointment to have the truck worked on and was told it would take up to a week before they could get to it and make a diagnosis. It took a week for them to get back to me and I was told they couldn’t find a problem. Then, three days later they called again to say they had determined the problem and would fix it. My question is: why make an appointment if the diagnosis cannot be started on that day? More
Great customer service, in for a oil change, only complaint is there was a long wait time to get oil changed, I do know there is a vast shortage on work labor these days!
