I am writing about the service rep and mechanic who serviced my car. Worst service department ever I’ve made for temps with four separate problems, and each one resulted in me, leaving without any resolution the most recent was I had to make an appointment, which took six four separate problems, and each one resulted in me, leaving without any resolution the most recent was I had to make an appointment, which took six weeks arrived at six weeks at my appointment, and I was told I needed to leave my car 3 to 5 days for them to diagnose it and then possibly parts afterwards where is the sense of making an appointment to tell him to leave my car 3 to 5 days just to diagnose their ability to get parts is unbelievably bad they told me there Internet search person couldn’t find a part. I found it on Amazon that afternoon and shipped it to them within two days they said they couldn’t find it and it would be at least several months before it be in. More
