Brought car in for my prepaid account for oil change and needed new tires which they quoted and ordered. Was difficult to get a service rep to call me back, left three messages. I had to come by to get so needed new tires which they quoted and ordered. Was difficult to get a service rep to call me back, left three messages. I had to come by to get someone to help me find out that my tires had arrived and make an appointment to have them put on. When I went to pay for tires it was more than quoted but y’all guaranteed first quote. Mechanical service was great, except that can’t work on a Mercedes that I purchased with Autonation. Wish the sales team would have told me that at time of purchase. More
