I had an appointment at the dealership for an oil change. I arrived on time for my appointment I got checked in and I was told to wait in the lobby. An hour later I checked with my advisor. He checked and to I arrived on time for my appointment I got checked in and I was told to wait in the lobby. An hour later I checked with my advisor. He checked and told me I was next in line. One hour and 20 minutes later I went back to check on my vehicle again and I was told it was almost done. I waited over two hours for an oil change I had scheduled in advance and the advisor was aware I was waiting on the vehicle. The advisor was very courteous and helpful but was not proactive when it came to following the status of my vehicle when he knew I was waiting. Waiting over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is completely unacceptable. More

Sales Retail Associate Dalton York made himself very accessible for information and questions by phone, email and in office. He showed understanding and patience for a client who had not bought a new ve accessible for information and questions by phone, email and in office. He timely sent updates on vehicle scheduled production completion and delivery to the dealership. Upon vehicle arrival he provide a step through all the technical and safety features. The purchase and transactions of the new vehicle were exciting and the Sales Retail Associate York understood and help put the client/customer to ease. No question was silly, but understood.
