Let me start out by saying I hate buying cars. But Sam is extremely easy to work with and his follow up has been excellent. I'm not the type to buy the first car and leave, so his questions to fin But Sam is extremely easy to work with and his follow up has been excellent. I'm not the type to buy the first car and leave, so his questions to find what I was really looking for were very helpful. This process took a while, and his patience was amazing. When we finally found the car, crossover actually, Charlie and Keith were super additions to our car team. Oh, and Sam's follow up continues still.
