After waiting three months for a part for my F150 & four months for the install my part was lost. I scheduled time off from work and when I got to the dealer for my appointment I was then told the part was months for the install my part was lost. I scheduled time off from work and when I got to the dealer for my appointment I was then told the part was no longer there. Was told by manager he was new and not the cause of the problem. Was later told that the part had been the wrong part and it was sent back. If so why was I not contacted to reschedule the repair? Was then told the part was of back order with no delivery date. It now been ten months still no part. More
Second time I have taken my truck to this dealership to be fixed and nothing done. Made an appointment 5 months in advance. Dropped off. Called and called. No calls back. The entire process of buying the truck was professional and straight forward. Not the dealership, but there was a female representative that just lied to me in my face. She told me that the service I needed done was going to take multiple days, I said that wasn’t what I was told. She that just lied to me in my face. So I got a ride home after I left John a voicemail. John M got me situated and took care of. My service was done in under 3 hours. More
