Zafer was my salesman. I asked about a Ford F150 on Cargurus and he responded immediately. He stayed late just to give me the opportunity to look at the truck. When I got t I asked about a Ford F150 on Cargurus and he responded immediately. He stayed late just to give me the opportunity to look at the truck. When I got to the dealership, that particular truck's keys could not be found. Now, I don't know if that was done on purpose or not (I am not privy to the goings on in the car sales realm, but I know they can and will do sneaky stuff to make a sale) just to show me another truck, but no matter the motive behind it, the truck I was shown was waaaay better and appealing to me. We went through numbers as you normally do when buying a vehicle. Zafer was most courteous and attentive to what I was asking for in my deal. I didn't get exactly what I was shooting for, but you give and take in car deals, so I was happy with it, ultimately. I had no issues test driving the truck and I loved it. Unfortunately a deal couldn't be actually inked in because the truck was a new trade in and couldn't be sold without their inspection. So I drove home in my old truck and waited to hear from their service team. I was then called and told it would be 7 to 10 business days before I could come ink the deal. Now, maybe I was being impatient or too cynical but, I told them that that kind of time frame had me worried about doing a deal altogether because, to me, a sold car SHOULD take priority for any kind of inspection vs a warrantied item. Sold car = income, warranty = no income. Maybe I'm being petty or whatever, I don't know. Regardless, Zafer got on it and the truck was inspected that day. I was able to go pick it up the next day as I live 2 hours from the dealership. I drove it home and within 10 minutes of driving, noticed a vibration that was indicative of a drivetrain issue. I drove it home and tried to replicate the issue, but realized that it was irregular and intermittent. I called the dealership the next day and scheduled for it to be in service. I bought the extended warranty, so I wasn't too terribly worried about anything being wrong and the cost coming out of my pocket. So, I delivered it to service and they have had it for a week. I was told the front differential seems to have an issue and they will be further diagnosing and fixing the issue. They have all been very courteous, patient, understanding and helpful. I appreciate them for all their efforts to make things right for my deal. More
