I walked in to make an appointment for inspection underneath my F350 after an encounter with debris on the freeway. Lori Adair asked if I had some time then and took the truck right in. They did the underneath my F350 after an encounter with debris on the freeway. Lori Adair asked if I had some time then and took the truck right in. They did the underside inspection of the frame and suspension and also the hoses and belts. Then sent me a walk under video. There was no charge for the inspection. Good job. More

I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Once I got home, I noticed 2 missing lug nuts, another one was about to come out, 4 more were loose, and my center cap had came off. Called the deale Once I got home, I noticed 2 missing lug nuts, another one was about to come out, 4 more were loose, and my center cap had came off. Called the dealership around 4:30PM and was told this wasn’t a good time to call and that I should call back tomorrow. Once I was able to get ahold of the service advisor, they said they would pay for replacement lugs and cap. However, no discount on the service was offered. You should not have to double check the work! More
The entire staff at AutoNation is great. John synced my phone for me and it took him a mere few minutes. Kind of funny; no complaints from me, but they listed my red escape as blue and I r John synced my phone for me and it took him a mere few minutes. Kind of funny; no complaints from me, but they listed my red escape as blue and I really got a kick out of it. I will need somebody to send me information on how long and if they can fix my drivers side window as it does not go up all the way. Thank you for being fast and friendly More
The service department is horrible, they can’t even balance a set of tires that were purchased through them. I have been in three times and they had to replace one tire and still can’t get the balancin balance a set of tires that were purchased through them. I have been in three times and they had to replace one tire and still can’t get the balancing correct. On the bright side they have changed me to a GMC person. The General Manager and the Service Manager got involved and still the same outcome. More
I went to this dealership July 28, 2022 to replace my driver front seat leather seat cushion, rear center console 120v AC outlet, rear center console air conditioning vent (louvre), driver front seat sea driver front seat leather seat cushion, rear center console 120v AC outlet, rear center console air conditioning vent (louvre), driver front seat seatbelt cover, and the adjoining shield assembly (the plastic housing surrounding the power controls for the front driver seat). Upon arrival I asked the service writer to look up the part numbers so I could buy all the necessary parts that day and schedule service to install everything. My 2012 F-150 was parked in the service bay 10ft from his desk and he advised that I would need to leave the truck there for several hours for a technician to make a proper diagnosis. I took pictures of the four problem items, walked to the parts department, had the associate look up what I needed, and paid for all the items ($733.59). Everything was in stock with exception of seat cover. They said it would be there in about 5 business days. They said someone would contact me when it arrived and to schedule service for installation at that time. I called Autonation Tuesday, August 9, 2022 after not hearing about the seat cover, eight business days after purchase, only to discover that they had no record of my purchase. I got off of the phone, hopped in the truck, took the receipt into the dealership and gave them the invoice number. Once they located the purchase record, they advised that my last name was misspelled and that they cannot correct it in their system once the invoice has been submitted. The seat cover was on hand and no one called to inform me. I asked where I need to go to schedule an appointment to install everything and they told me I had to call the dealership to schedule through their system as no one on site handled scheduling. Drive back home, call the dealership to schedule an appointment, I'm very specific with my needs, provide the invoice number, explain that parts are on site and paid for so no need to order anything else. They give me Saturday, October 1, 2022 as the first open appointment and I take it. 7 weeks and 4 days go by...multiple emails to confirm my appointment, they've assigned service writer Jesse to service order, I've arranged for a rental car for a few days that I will pick up the same morning as I drop my truck. I arrive at the dealership at 7:45a (I work evenings so this isn't exactly the time of day that I need to be in public) only for Jesse to tell me that the only do oil changes and tire rotations on Saturdays. He dismissively tells me their call center is out of Orlando and they don't know what certain locations can accommodate. Considering the number of times I'd been in the dealership, that I'd asked to schedule the appointment while I was there, directed to the "call center", and now he's looking at me like I have three eyes. He says, "we can look at it Monday". To which I reply that I'm out of town until Tuesday. He says I can bring it Tuesday first thing. No apology for the confusion, no offer to just leave the truck there and get it the work started Monday, nothing. So, I leave, re-book my rental for Tuesday (which is very difficult in this high tourist area), come back to the Dealership, verify with Jesse that they will work on this Tuesday and leave. I show up Tuesday morning. Jesse says they will call me with an estimate to which I have to approve before they can START installing everything in a couple of hours. The work day comes to a close with no call from Jesse. I email him that night, call thrice Wednesday, and finally just show up there to see what is going on. They have not prepared and estimate, they haven't started installing anything, Jesse tells me there are 20 vehicles in front of me. I made an appointment. They messed it up. I've already spent $733.59 in parts, waited 7 weeks for ,y appointment, rescheduled a rental car, been without my truck for two work days (for what is a 5 hour labor charge), dealt with nothing short of actual incompetence and complacency from a majority of the staff and am completely over this place. I ask the service manager to just bring the truck around and I'll go elsewhere. He assures me that they will have it ready late Thursday or at the latest Friday. Again, no apology, no acknowledgement Then says, "I'll discount some of the labor." $974.23 later plus the aforementioned $733.59...they actually call Friday afternoon and I pick up my truck WAITING for the survey email. BLEEP this place. Go to Gary Smith in Ft. Walton if you need for service. More
